Georgana and Clear Cornwall offers domestic and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Regular domestic cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • End of tenancy cleaning

  • Holiday let changeovers

  • One-off cleaning services

We reserve the right to update, change, or remove services at any time.


2. Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings must be made directly through Georgana and Clear Cornwall via phone, website, or email.

  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, or previous job overruns.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur.

  • If key collection or access arrangements are required, you must provide accurate instructions.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted individually depending on property size, condition, and service requirements.

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is due on the day of service, unless a prior agreement is made.

  • We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or any other method agreed with you.

If additional work is required on-site that was not disclosed during booking (e.g., extreme cleaning, excessive clutter, additional rooms), additional charges may apply.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client cancellations

  • Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments where access is not provided may be charged in full.

Our cancellations

  • In rare cases where we must cancel or reschedule, we will inform you as early as possible.


5. Access to Property

You must ensure that:

  • Clear, safe access is available for our team.

  • The property is in a condition that allows us to work safely.

  • Pets are secure and do not pose a risk to staff.

If access is delayed or not possible, we may apply a call-out or waiting fee.


6. Health & Safety

For the safety of our staff, we cannot clean:

  • Areas contaminated with hazardous materials

  • Blood or bodily fluids

  • Pest infestations

  • Mould beyond surface level

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe jobs or environments.


7. Cleaning Standards & Satisfaction

We aim to provide a high-quality service at every visit. If you are not satisfied:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will return to re-clean the reported area where reasonable and appropriate.

  • Refunds are issued only at our discretion.


8. Damage & Liability

While we take great care in every property:

  • Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours.

  • We are not responsible for items that were already damaged, unstable, or improperly installed.

  • We are not liable for loss of valuable items not securely stored before cleaning.

We hold public liability insurance for your protection.


9. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking

  • Ensure safe working conditions

  • Notify us of any special cleaning requirements

  • Inform us of delicate or high-value items

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity, heating) are available during service
