Clear Cornwall is a licensed waste carrier operating across Cornwall, UK. By booking our services you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the volume or nature of waste differs significantly from what was described. We will always inform you of any price change before proceeding.
3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once we have spoken with you directly and agreed a date, time and price. We reserve the right to refuse any job that involves hazardous, illegal or undisclosed materials.
4. Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge at our discretion.
5. Access and Preparation
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to the items being removed. We are not liable for any damage caused by restricted access or undisclosed hazards.
6. Waste Carrier Licence
Clear Cornwall holds a current Environment Agency waste carrier licence. All waste is disposed of legally and responsibly. We never fly-tip.
7. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or items. Any damage caused by our team during a clearance must be reported immediately.
8. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and bank transfer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
